Our round-the-clock tea kitchen is always available, offering a wide selection of complimentary teas, a kettle, glasses and cups. You’ll also find a small selection of chilled drinks available for self-service (for a fee).

If you choose travel sustainable in your electric vehicle for your arrival, you can charge it on site at the hotel – quickly, easily and conveniently.
Köhles Kulinarium
Our in-house a la carte restaurant & pizzeria will be your culinary retreat for enjoying a delightful evening. Whether you want to tuck into oven-fresh pizzas, homemade pasta, mouthwatering main courses or sweet treats, here Alpine cuisine with Mediterranean flair and Italian joie de vivre meet genuine hospitality. Paired with delicious drinks and a cosy atmosphere, we offer indulgence that can be experienced with all the senses.
By pre-order, we also offer seasonal highlights, such as our Serfaus trout from our own farm, chateaubriand, Kulinarium surf & turf and much more. In addition to our a la carte offering, you can of course also opt for our half board.

Many dishes from Köhles Kulinarium are also available as a convenient takeaway option – to enjoy in your room or in our small guest lounge. Perfect for relaxed moments of indulgence in a private setting.
Half board, Köhle-style
Let us spoil you with a five-course menu full of creativity, quality and regional finesse, with two menus to choose from. Freshly composed each day by our award-winning kitchen team. For kids, we offer a dedicated kids’ menu or selected courses from the gourmet menu. And for our youngest guests, we’re happy to prepare homemade purées on request.
Dinner
For families and hearty appetites, we’re happy to start dinner service from 5 p.m. in winter, and from 5.30 p.m. in summer.
Sunday is a rest day at the Kulinarium
On Sunday evenings, our kitchen and service team take a well-earned break – but that doesn’t mean you have to miss out on indulging in an exquisite meal. We’re happy to reserve a table for you at Restaurant Praemontan at the Serfaus bottom station, where a multi-course menu also awaits. Alternatively, you’re welcome to dine at another restaurant and we’ll credit your half board for that evening.

An exclusive experience for gourmet lovers at the smallest restaurant in Serfaus, right at the heart of our hotel. Das Köhle’s Chefs Table awaits you with a multi-course gourmet menu of the highest calibre – created by our Head Chef Lukas Neier, awarded 3 toques (Gault Millau), 2 Falstaff forks and named one of the “Top Chefs” (Rolling Pin).
With a view into the kitchen to get a glimpse of our team’s vibrant energy, the evening becomes an unforgettable moment of pure indulgence. A seat at Das Köhle’s Chefs Table is available exclusively by advance reservation and for a limited number of guests.
