At the moment we have separate cancellation conditions regarding Covid-19 – 1 month free cancellation. Otherwise, the Austrian hotel conditions and thus cancellation conditions and deposit regulations apply. The general terms and conditions (cancellation conditions) can be found here.

- Prices are per person per night for stays of 3 nights or more.
- Discount is only valid for three or more persons in the accommodation unit.
- The basic rate of 2 adults applies for each room (except in a single room).
- Occupancy /Basic price for New Year’s Eve, Carnival and Easter as well as high season in family rooms /Suites at least 3 persons
- Prices for 1 to 2 nights with short break supplement
- Check-in from 14. 30. o’clock, check-out 10. 00 o’clock
- The accommodation and use of our inclusive services start with the room check-out and end with the room check-out
- Reservations are only considered fixed, after receipt of a deposit and confirmation from the Hotel & Garni “DAS KÖHLE”
- All prices excluding local tax of € 2. 60 (per night from 16 years of age – as of 2021).

Cancellation terms until October 2022

We have changed our cancellation policy for winter bookings, in relation to COVID-19, so you can book your holiday with peace of mind today and leave your reservation!

Cancellation terms:

1 month before arrival:                     free

30 – 7 days before arrival:                        70% of the total arrangement price
6 – 1 days before arrival:                          90% of the total arrangement price
non arrival/ early departure:                  100% of the total arrangement price

Exception COVID-19

If, due to the Corona problem, an arrival should not be possible at short notice (case of illness with medical certificate, exit restrictions, travel warning, border closures, quarantine measures decided by the authorities or the employer, etc,. . . ), a free cancellation by the holidaymaker as well as the hotelier is possible at any time. Any deposit already paid will be refunded in full.
