• What is the weather going to be like?

• Can the pool also be used by children?
  Our outdoor. Infinity . Pool in a highlight for the whole family and can be used very much by young and old. Only our wellness area with saunas and relaxation rooms is reserved for guests from 14 years of age.
• Is it possible to book half board on site?
  You are welcome to book half board spontaneously on site.
• What are the breakfast hours?
  Daily from 07. 30 am to 10. 00 am
• Is there a locked bicycle storage?
  Yes, right behind our reception we have a bicycle room (open during the day, otherwise accessible with the room card) with outlets for charging e-bikes.
• Are there apartments/rooms with kitchens in the hotel?
  No none of our rooms /Suiten has a kitchen. We have next to the living room a small tea kitchen, accessible at any time with tea kettle, microwave, crockery, glasses and cutlery.
• Where can I smoke?
  Our entire hotel is non-smoking indoors. Guests are welcome to smoke on the balconies, on the terrace in front of the restaurant and lounge, and in the outdoor area near the Stube
• What is the hotel's cancellation policy?
  We are members of the Austrian Hotel Industry association and use their terms and conditions. Here is the link for accessing the regulations. Until October 2021, all guests can cancel free of charge up to 14 days before arrival.
• Check-in and check-out times?
  Your rooms can be entered from 2:30 p.m. on your arrival day.
  On your departure day we ask you to vacate your rooms by 10:00 a.m.
• Are pets allowed in the hotel?
  Pets are not allowed in the hotel.
• Is it possible to drive by car to the hotel in Serfaus?
  Yes, there are car parks for your arrival and departure right in front of the hotel. For the duration of your stay you get a parking space in the garage of the "Gewerbepark Serfaus" (locked hotel garage of Serfaus - approx. 500m from the hotel) or a parking space near the hotel. You can get to the garage conveniently and free of charge by the underground (stop opposite the hotel).
• Which payment options are accepted?
  To fix your booking we ask you to pay a deposit by bank transfer in the specified amount.  The rest can be paid on site one day before your departure. Free of charges for payments in cash, by debit card, VISA and MasterCard. 
• Check-in and check-out times?
  Our rooms are available for you from 02:30 pm on the day of arrival. On the day of departure we kindly ask you to vacate the rooms by 10:00 am. The accommodation and use of our included services start with the room check-out and end with the room check-out.
