Breakfast
In the morning we treat you to our hearty breakfast buffet. Featuring fresh bread rolls from the Serfaus bakery, local dairy produce and warm egg dishes, homemade spreads and seasonal fruits, plus a wide selection of muesli – all accompanied by aromatic coffee, a variety of teas and freshly squeezed orange juice. Our delicious breakfast is served daily from 7.30 a.m. to 10 a.m.
Dinner
In the evening, the culinary experience continues. As part of our half board offering, you’ll enjoy a varied, seasonally inspired five-course menu each evening, with two options to choose from. With creativity and finesse, we blend Alpine cuisine with Mediterranean flair featuring regional ingredients and modern touches. The evening is rounded off with a refined atmosphere, selected drinks and good conversation. Whether you prefer meat, fish or vegetarian dishes, we’ll of course cater to your dietary needs. For our younger guests, we offer a specially crafted kids’ menu.
Highlight: Once a week, we host a fondue evening – except during the summer months.
We take Sundays off
On Sundays, our kitchen takes a break. We’d be happy to book you a table for that evening at Restaurant Praemontan, located right next to the Serfaus bottom station. There, you can enjoy a stylish multi-course dinner. Alternatively , you’re very welcome to visit one of the other restaurants in Serfaus. In that case, we’ll credit your half board for the evening.
