Half board
Our credo: relaxed enjoyment in a cosy ambience in our in-house restaurant KÖHLES KULINARIUM. Our award-winning kitchen team conjures up a 5-course menu of your choice with delicacies from the Alpine-Mediterranean cuisine. Children can choose courses from the gourmet menu or our children's menu. We are also happy to prepare homemade porridge for our youngest guests.Sundays are closed in our KÖHLES KULINARIUM restaurant! You are welcome to enjoy a multi-course menu in our partner restaurant Praemontan. (The restaurant is located directly at the Serfaus cable car valley station). Should you prefer to dine elsewhere in the village on this evening, you will of course be credited for half board.

A very special gourmet experience awaits you, honoured with 3 toques from Gault & Millau, 2 forks from Fallstaff and the award as one of the ‘Top Chefs’ at Rolling Pin for our head chef Lukas Neier.One thing is certain, our Chef's Table is something very special. In a separate room with a direct view of the pass and our kitchen, our guests can enjoy a multi-course surprise menu in a class of its own.
