With KÖHLES TEAM APARTS, we’ve created a place that’s more than just staff accommodation. It’s our promise to our dream team that they should feel not only comfortable with us, but truly at home. The KTA is situated in a prime location at the entrance to Serfaus, directly below the “Parkplatz” underground station – DAS KÖHLE bed-and-breakfast hotel, as well as our restaurant and pizzeria KÖHLES KULINARIUM, are just 500 metres away and can be easily reached on foot or by underground.
Each of the 29 apartments features state-of-the-art amenities, including a fully equipped kitchen, private bathroom with a shower and toilet, balcony or terrace, comfortable bed, TV, lounge area, high-speed Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels. To ensure our staff don’t have to worry about a thing, washing machines and dryers are available free of charge, as is parking either directly at the building or nearby.
