Welcome to our restaurant “Köhles Chefs Table”, a place where the art of creating culinary delights becomes an experience. With just a few seats, it’s the smallest restaurant in Serfaus – but a truly special one.

The scent of freshly baked stone-oven bread fills the air – it sizzles, steams and crackles. In the open kitchen, a dynamic tension unfolds between tradition and modernity. Air-dried delicacies from our smokehouse, dry-aged cuts, homemade pastes, pickled rarities, house-infused specialities – all inspired by the nature that surrounds us.

“Treat yourself” isn’t just a phrase here – it’s an invitation to enjoy the perfect drink paired with every course. Our sommelier Kelly will guide you with finesse and a refined palate through a curated selection. From house-infused Chefs Table aperitifs and our own beer creation “Dr. Köhle Hausbier”, to fine wines, regional brandies and oak-aged grappa. Even our alcohol-free pairings surprise with depth, character and creativity – all perfectly matched to the flavours of your meal.
Reservations
Your seat at the Chefs Table
Köhles Chefs Table is open Tuesday to Saturday from 6.00 p.m. during the winter and summer seasons. Dining takes place in a separate room with a direct view of our kitchen – exclusive, personal and inspiring.
Reservations are available for groups of 4 to 8 people; smaller groups of 1 to 3 guests are warmly welcomed on request.
